Help! I find it impossible to get things done

One of the most painful aspects of PTSD and trauma is the "stuckness". It can feel like you are on an endless roller coaster or trapped in a broken record. Besides using somatic experiencing techniques to regulate your nervous system there are many ways to break through the blocks and get things done. I have found that completing one small task can help me feel more in control and boost self confidence.

Although I was usually good at getting things done while I was at work, I was a mess when it came to getting things done in any other aspect of my life. Of course coaching, SE, and healing helped me shift out of the stuckness (that's why I'm such a big advocate of this work!) it was up to me to explore and discover how to be productive and get things done in a way that felt good.

Life is getting busier and I'm once again exploring how to be more productive. I'm especially curious about how people who have an online business manage their time because it seems like they are always being pulled in a million directions. This video popped up in my feed today and I would love to know if any of her tips help you out.

As you watch, please remember that you are a human being and not a human doing.

Be patient with yourself on your healing journey. Productivity many not come back 100% right away but it is a sign that you on on your way back to a healthy, fulfilled life.

I'm here for you on your journey back to wholeness

Much love and many blessings,

Meagan
